Custom Orders
Custom orders begin production immediately after payment is received and are built to your specifications. They therefore cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time unless you receive damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you will have 30 days from delivery to contact us and request a refund.
