W-9 and your PO number

Payment is due before production begins. Pay online by credit card (school P-cards welcome) or PayPal. Nothing is charged until you’ve approved your mockup.

Send your logo and school colors (Pantone if you have them). We match them in a free digital mockup, with unlimited revisions before you approve.

Made to order in about 4–5 weeks from mockup approval. Tell us the date — tryouts, senior night, the first match, opening day — and we’ll tell you when you need to approve.

Honest minimums and pricing
Vibration dampeners
From 100 per design. $2.99 each at 100–199, $1.99 at 200–499, $1.45 at 500–999, and lower from there. Custom shapes and molds included.
Overgrips (tennis, pickleball, padel)
From 300 per design. $3.25 each at 300–499, $2.99 at 500–999, $2.25 at 1,000–2,999, $1.99 at 3,000–4,999, $1.45 at 5,000+. Full-color print along the grip.
Grip bands
From 100 per design. Same pricing as dampeners — $2.99 each at 100–199, dropping with volume.
Embroidered wristbands & headbands
From 100 per design, with no setup fee. $3.75 each at 100–249, $3.45 at 250–499, $3.10 at 500–999, and lower from there. Stitched 3D embroidery.
Dampeners, grip bands and overgrips carry a one-time setup fee under 500 pieces, waived at 500+; wristbands and headbands have no setup fee. Each production run is a single design. Send your item and quantity and we’ll send an exact, itemized quote with a free mockup.

Do you offer net-30 or invoice-later terms?
No. Payment is due up front, before production starts. You’ll get your quote and mockup first at no cost, and you only pay once you’ve approved the design.
How can our school pay?
By credit card — including school or district purchasing cards — or PayPal, through an online invoice we email you. If your office issues a purchase order, we’ll reference the PO number on the invoice.
Can you send a W-9 for our vendor setup?
Yes. Ask in your quote request or reply to your quote email and we’ll send it over.
Can we get a written quote for approval?
Yes. Every quote is itemized by email — item, quantity, unit price, setup and total — so you can attach it to a requisition or purchase request.
What’s the minimum order?
100 pieces per design for dampeners, grip bands, wristbands and headbands; 300 per design for overgrips. Each production run is one design — your school logo, mascot or program name.
Can each player’s name go on their piece?
No — each run carries one shared design rather than a different name on each piece. That’s what keeps team pricing low. Most programs use the school logo, mascot or team name.
How far ahead should we order?
Allow about 4–5 weeks from mockup approval, plus time for your approval process. For spring tennis, order in January or February; for a fall season or tryouts, order by early August.
Do you work with city and county parks departments?
Yes. City and county tennis centers and parks and rec programs use the same process — itemized quote, free mockup, up-front payment — for leagues, clinics and court-opening giveaways.
