Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders 4-5 weeks from the date we receive payment. Fast shipping is our priority; most orders go out nearer to the 3-week mark, but timelines vary depending on order size and customization requirements.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! We can deliver to virtually any country. Please keep in mind that some international shipping timelines can vary depending on customs processing and location.
Returns, Changes, and Issues
What if I need to make a return? What’s your policy?
Because custom products are made to order, we can only accept returns if there is an issue with your order, like incorrect item(s), damage, or missing item(s).
We will fix or replace them at no cost. Reach out to us ASAP. Please note that any discrepancy must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
Custom orders enter production immediately after payment so we can ship them ASAP.
For this reason, we cannot change, cancel, or refund once your order is submitted unless it arrives damaged or defective.
Customization and Ordering
Can I customize my designs?
Yes! Be as creative as you’d like. Names, logos, slogans, team branding, and artwork are all fair game. We’ll never add Match Point branding unless you request it.
Can I choose specific colors to match my brand?
Absolutely. You’ll find the wide range of color options we offer when you customize your design.
Is there a minimum order quantity? Do you offer bulk discounts?
You’ll find minimum order quantities on product pages, which are in place due to production costs. Ordering larger quantities reduces the price per piece, giving you bulk discounts.
Can one order include a variety of products and designs?
Yes. Contact us directly for more complex or multi-item orders, where a dedicated account manager will assist you throughout the process.
Samples and Design Support
Can I see a sample before I place a full order?
Of course. We can ship previously made samples—blank or completed—so you can get a feel for quality and craftsmanship before you finalize. Samples often arrive within one week.
Can you assist me with my design?
We realize most people have awesome, unique ideas, but need a little help bringing them to life. Our design team will work with you until you’re satisfied.
We can revise designs until you love what you see.
