Shipping and Return
How long does it take to get my order?
We ask for 4 to 5 weeks from payment to delivery for most of the products on our website. Although on average we tend to ship out orders within 3 weeks.
Which countries do you ship to?
We can ship internationally to any country.
What is your return policy?
Because all of our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns unless there’s an issue. If your items arrive incorrect, damaged, or missing — don’t worry. We’ll remake it or make it right. Just reach out to us via our Contact page and we’ll take care of you fast. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Please note: Any discrepancies in your original delivery must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Custom orders begin production immediately after payment is received and are built to your specifications. They therefore cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time unless you receive damaged or defective items.
Customization and Ordering
Can I customize my designs?
Yes! You can personalize your designs with any text and logo you want — names, slogans, team names, funny phrases — it’s totally up to you. We don’t add any company branding unless you request it.
Can I choose the color?
Absolutely! We offer almost any color you could ask for and you get to choose your color during the design process.
Is there a minimum order quantity and do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do offer bulk quantity discounts. So the more you order, the more you will save. Check out specific product pages for volume pricing.
Most of our products do have a minimum order quantity only because the cost of producing just 1 would make it too expensive for end customers. For such products, the minimum order quantity is listed on each specific product page.
Having said that we have had people willing to pay the extra cost, so if you want to bypass the limitation, Contact Us for a special quote.
Can I place a single order with multiple products, colors & designs?
The easiest way would be to Contact Us with your requirements and a dedicated account manager will help you through the entire process.
Before I place an order, can I get a sample?
We can have a previously made sample at your doorstep within a week to make sure that you have complete peace of mind about the quality before you finalize your order.
You can rest assured that our warranty & hassle-free return policy has you covered on the off-chance that the delivered order is not to your satisfaction.
Contact Us and one of our service representatives will be happy to arrange shipment of a blank or fully finished sample.
How can I get help with my design & placing the order?
You have an awesome idea and need an amazing design to go with it? Use our free design service and work with our design team to come up with the perfect rendition of your vision. We want you to be completely satisfied that’s why we don’t place any limits on the number of revisions that you can ask for.
