Terms of service
Sending payment constitutes you to the following terms and conditions.
1. Sales. All sales are final and nonrefundable. Refunds are only eligible on defective or damaged products and must be reported in the first 30 days after the product has been delivered.
2. Inspection and Acceptance. Buyer shall inspect all shipments upon arrival and shall notify Seller in writing within 30 days of any shortages or other failures to conform to this Agreement which are reasonably discoverable upon arrival.
3. Payment. The order is to be paid in full before production begins unless other terms are agreed upon beforehand.
4. Cancellation or Modification of Order. After production begins, modifications may only occur if it doesn’t come at a cost to the seller. If a cost does occur to the seller and the buyer wants to continue, the buyer must pay the difference. Cancellations are not allowed once production begins.
