What Are Custom Rubber Keychains?

Custom rubber keychains (also called custom PVC keychains or 3D rubber keychains) are soft, flexible keychains molded in soft PVC from a custom mold of your logo, mascot, or design. The artwork is raised in 3D and each part of the design is filled with its own color, so the keychain looks like a small sculpture of your logo instead of a flat print. Because every design gets its own mold, a keychain can follow almost any outline: a team logo, a mascot, a tennis ball, a pickleball paddle, or a local landmark.

They're light, durable, and inexpensive in bulk, which makes them one of the most popular giveaways for teams, clubs, and events.

Rubber or Metal Keychains?

Both are custom made to your logo. The right one depends on your budget and how the keychains will be used:

Rubber (soft PVC) keychains: Soft, flexible, and light, with bright molded colors and the lowest cost per piece. Best for large giveaways, youth teams, fundraisers, and event bags.
Metal keychains: Cast in metal with enamel color and a plated finish. Heavier and more premium, for corporate gifts, awards, anniversaries, and retail. Ask for metal keychains in your quote request.

Built for Teams, Clubs, and Events

Custom keychains are affordable, useful giveaways that people keep on their keys and bags long after the event:

Tennis and pickleball clubs: Member gifts, league prizes, and pro shop merchandise for tennis and pickleball programs
School and youth sports: Booster club fundraisers, team spirit gifts, and senior night keepsakes
Tournaments and events: Player welcome-bag items and commemorative souvenirs
Sponsors and businesses: Trade show giveaways, customer gifts, and brand promotions
Clubs and resorts: Souvenir and gift shop items shaped like your mascot or landmark

FAQs

What are custom rubber keychains?

Custom rubber keychains are soft, flexible keychains molded in soft PVC into the shape of your logo or design, with the artwork raised in 3D and filled with your colors. Match Point Promotions makes them in bulk from 200 pieces per design.

Are your rubber keychains PVC or silicone?

Ours are soft PVC. "Rubber keychain" is the everyday name for soft, flexible molded keychains, which are made from either soft PVC or silicone. Soft PVC holds sharp detail and accurate colors at a lower price per piece, while silicone is stretchier with a matte feel.

Can keychains be made in the shape of our logo or mascot?

Yes. Each design gets its own custom mold, so keychains can follow the outline of your logo, mascot, or almost any shape. Standard circles and squares are available too.

Can the keychains include multiple colors?

Yes. Your design is molded with raised 3D detail and filled with your logo's colors. We'll show you exactly how it will look in your free digital mockup.

What is the minimum order for custom keychains?

The minimum order is 200 rubber keychains per design. A one-time $75 setup fee applies to orders under 500 units.

How much do custom rubber keychains cost in bulk?

Custom rubber keychains are $3.95 each for 200–499 units, $2.60 for 500–999, $2.25 for 1,000–1,999, and $1.95 each for 2,000 or more. For example, 200 keychains cost $865 including the $75 setup fee, and 500 keychains cost $1,300 with no setup fee.

What's the difference between rubber and metal keychains?

Rubber keychains are soft PVC, flexible and light, with molded 3D color, and they cost the least per piece, so they suit large giveaways and youth teams. Metal keychains are cast in metal with enamel color and a plated finish, so they feel heavier and more premium, and they suit corporate gifts, awards, and anniversaries. We make both.

Can each keychain have a different name?

No. Every keychain in a production run carries the same design, so individual names aren't available on bulk orders. A team name, season year, or event date works well because it's the same on every piece.

Who orders custom keychains?

Tennis and pickleball clubs, schools and booster clubs, tournaments, resorts, and businesses order them as giveaways, fundraisers, souvenirs, and pro shop merchandise.

Will I see my keychain design before production?

Yes. Every order includes a free digital mockup with unlimited revisions. Nothing goes into production, and no payment is due, until you approve the artwork.

How long does it take to get custom keychains?

Keychains are custom made to order. Please allow 4–5 weeks for production and shipping after payment.
